of a Team In Order To Register In the TOC.

A PAL for the TOC MUST BE on the QUALIFIED PLAYERS LIST
and a Member of a Team in Order to Pal in the TOC.

If you are on this list and you have changed your name,
you still qualify for the TOC however, you need
to tell the Host your new name before you register.

A sub for TOC can be any FFA Member who has
NOT been registered in today's TOC,
regardless if they have subbed before or not.


The players receiving the 2 Safe Harbor TOC Icons,
allowed to FFA, will be determined by a spin
on the FFA Wheel of Fortune.

Names will be added to the wheel individually,
with a separate spin to determine each Icon winner.
