A PAL for the TOC MUST BE on the QUALIFIED PLAYERS LIST
and a Member of a Team in Order to Pal in the TOC.

If you are on this list and you have changed your name,
you still qualify for the TOC however, you need
to tell the Host your new name before you register.

A sub for TOC can be any FFA Member who has
NOT been registered in today's TOC,
regardless if they have subbed before or not.

Regular TOC will receive the 2 Safe Harbor TOC Icons,
allowed to FFA this month. 

This will rotate each month, over 4 months,
to ensure that players in all time zones get an equal
opportunity to play in a TOC and win a TOC Icon.
